Hi Gayle, Thanks for the review. :-) We are sorry that you haven’t received the second order. Our records show that the web order was placed for insoles on 8/15, shipped on 8/23 and per FedEx Smartpost tracking number 74890985141847997506, FedEx delivered it on 8/30. Per notes in your account, Customer Service tried to give you the tracking number today when you called but the call was disconnected. Perhaps if you are still in the area, you can swing by your old address and see if they have a package for you.
