Per the post office tracking number 9405511205980806154627, it was marked “return to sender” on 12/7 due to insufficient address. It appears that when you called Customer Service the agent didn’t read the complete tracking history as they told you there was a delay in delivering it. However, it was not on its way to you, but back to us. We apologize for the confusion. You were refunded $9.95 on 12/12 and we refunded the balance of $19.95 for a full refund of $29.90.
