Heel seem to crack at the back of the insert.
The the insert heel cracks at the rear of the insert. This did not seem to be a problem with the original design. Been using them for years. And although The company does replace the broken inserts for a small service fee it is a hassel to have to return the defective insert and wait for a replacement.
